The house has a surface of 120 m2 and is able to accept 8 persons from a same tenant.

The house is a non-smoking area, with the presence of smoke detectors.

The gite is rented on a weekly basis from saturday 4 p.m to saturday 10 a.m.

There is a possibility to rent the house for a week-end or a mid -week, excepted during the summer holidays (contact us for more information).

The price of the renting is including water and electricity.

In addition, central heating consumption is charged from october 1st to may 31 st.

Pets are accepted under certain conditions (contact us).

The reservation is confirmed after receiving a downpayment representing 25% of the total cost of the renting, and after the contract have been signed by you and return to us.

The rest of the cost will paid the day of your arrival.

A refundable deposit will be requested the day of your arrival and given back to the tenant at the end of the renring period, with deduction of repairs or missing equipments, if necessary.
